Do you work with individuals, families, and businesses?
Whether managing private residences or supporting corporate clients, our extensive experience allows us to seamlessly navigate both personal and professional spheres. We craft and customize service packages for individuals, families, and businesses alike, each uniquely tailored to their specific lifestyle requirements.
How quickly do you respond to requests?
We understand that time is valuable. Every client request is acknowledged within 2 hours during business hours (8am-5pm), with most receiving immediate attention. Urgent matters or requests are prioritized and handled accordingly. For after-hours requests, you'll hear from us no later than 9am the next business day.
Do you style for businesses, too?
Yes, we sure do. We have a long history of working directly with boutiques on visual needs - window and retail displays, among others. Creating visual appeal with a look and feel that is both welcoming and unforgettable in detail while maximizing your profitability, it’s one of our many gifts.
How do you maintain client privacy and confidentiality?
We take your privacy extremely serious, upholding the highest standards of privacy and discretion. Our staff members sign strict confidentiality agreements, and we use secure systems for all communications and data storage. We never share client information with third parties without explicit permission. Your trust is always our top priority.
Can I reach you outside of regular business hours?
Premium clients have access to our 24/7 concierge service for urgent matters. Our standard service operates from 8 AM to 5 PM local time, Monday through Friday.
How do we begin working together?
We start with a complimentary consultation to understand your needs and lifestyle requirements. From there, we create a customized service proposal and, once approved, begin with an onboarding session to gather all necessary information.
Can I change my service level after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade or modify your service level at any time with 30 days' notice. We're flexible and understand that needs may change over time.
What is your pricing structure?
Our services are available as monthly retainers, pay-as-you-go packages or personally designed memberships based on your needs. Specific pricing details are provided during your initial consultation, as rates vary based on service level and requirements.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
While we offer month-to-month services, we recommend a three-month initial period to fully experience and benefit from our comprehensive lifestyle management solutions.
